We prepare companies to access sources of finance including debt and equity. This includes business plan analysis, financial forecasting and valuation appraisal. Thereafter we introduce those companies that we believe have a strong investment proposition to our established funding partners and complete the capital raising exercise. The majority or work undertaken is related to seed finance for growth orientated companies.

• We prepare the company for sale and marketing of the company together with sale completion.
• We evaluate a target company for acquisition or merger including risk analysis, management and execution of deal process. We also offer an integration planning service.
